Fleet Manager – 1 Position Available
Ashveer Transport Ltd is looking for an experienced, organised and responsible Fleet Manager to join our growing team in the Auckland region.

💵 Pay
$30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
⏰ Hours
* Full-time, permanent position
* Minimum 30 hours per week
* Weekend flexibility may be required

🚗 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the company’s vehicle fleet
* Schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and inspections
* Monitor vehicle cleanliness, safety and roadworthiness
* Conduct and maintain vehicle inspection and maintenance records
* Coordinate vehicle allocation and availability
* Monitor driver performance, attendance and compliance
* Assist with driver scheduling and daily operational requirements
* Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for business operations
* Monitor fuel usage, vehicle costs and operational efficiency
* Manage vehicle-related documentation and records
* Liaise with mechanics, service providers and other suppliers
* Respond to vehicle breakdowns, incidents and maintenance issues
* Ensure company vehicles and drivers comply with relevant requirements
* Support the management team with day-to-day transport operations
✅ Requirements
* Previous experience in fleet management, transport operations or a similar role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Ability to manage multiple vehicles and drivers
* Good knowledge of Auckland roads and transport operations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full NZ Driver Licence preferred
* Experience in the taxi, passenger transport, rental or logistics industry is an advantage
* Reliable, punctual and able to handle operational issues professionally
